I worked with Cook Profitability Services directly for several months.  They revamped our website and launched an internet advertising campaign and this has been the leading source of referrals week after week.  It is still our biggest source of new patients in the office to date.  We were only getting 20 or so new calls in a week.  Last week we got over 73 calls in one week.  This is related to her creating a Division 6 and manning it with the right people.  She also single handedly trained our promotion and publications staff to create wonderful promotional pieces that draw in the public.
