The Essential Promotion Package
SURVEYS - $1250. Surveying truly is the key to excellent results. Without having surveyed you are going blind on your mailings and advertising. With surveys your promotion and marketing efforts hit the mark and get the kind of response you want. This is a basic surveying package, more extensive surveying can be individually priced.
MARKETING STRATEGY – $1250 Working out a strategy to move your products onto the market requires an analysis of past income, past promotion, a thorough study of all current and potential competitors and their marketing, a study of your addresses, review of potential mailing lists and email mailing lists, and survey information. Once the research is done a bright marketing strategy is worked out that best utilizes all resources to drive in the kind of business you need and want.
LOGO, LETTERHEAD AND BUSINESS CARDS – $1,500 It is important right at the start of a major marketing push, to ensure that you have a very clear and identifiable “brand”. The logo is very important for this. We will create a logo for you or update your logo. And then go on to create business cards and letterhead that have a unified look. This includes finalizing the colors, look, design and even creating a slogan that will be consistent throughout your website, stationary, signage, etc.
An attractive logo gives your practice a definite identity that fixes you in the minds of those who see your advertising. Two sample logos are shown here:
MAGAZINE ADS: - $1250 A series of 3 magazine ads will be designed that are in alignment with the Marketing Strategy (customer must cover magazine costs, which vary depending on the magazine used)
PRACTICE NEWSLETTER: -$1250 We also offer a practice newsletter, where we design a template where you can fill in what you want to say, and then we get the newsletter printed and mailed for you to your patient base. (We can also do your newsletter content if requested) Contact us for mail and printing pricing on this service which depends on frequency of mailing and size of list.
PROMOTIONAL INSERTS INTO LOCAL PUBLICATIONS – $3750 per month. These are 8 ½ x 11 beautiful inserts in local newspapers or magazines that are combined with 2 other local professionals allowing you to get out strong promotion and offer specials to 10s of thousands of people in your area at very low cost to you.
DIRECT PROMOTIONAL MAILINGS – see price structure below. We can design, print beautiful 4 color glossy postcards, address/mail process and mail your promotional mailings making it effortless for you to promote specials and services to your existing patient base or to purchased mailing lists.

In addition to the above printing charges, we charge 5 cents per piece to inkjet each address onto your postcards (includes the contact name, address and presort barcode required by the post office).
Usually postage for a 4.25"x6" postcard is 28 cents. If we mail your postcard mailing for you, your postage will be between 20.5 and 23.0 cents per piece. We can offer you a lower rate because we mail in bulk.
PURCHASED MAILING LISTS – $950 per 5,000 expand your direct mail promotion to high income households in a 5 mile ratio or other hot demographics that can be honed in on and promoted to.
The total of the above one-time services comes to $9,000.
