Sale Force Training Helps Practices Get More Sign Ups and New Patients

 

SALES PRESENTATION MATERIALS COMPILATION – $3,500 Sales personnel need materials to be able to show and sell the product, whether this is a beautifully laid out before and after presentation, brochures, flip charts, etc., as well as sales patters or scripts.

BUYER IDENTIFICATION AND PROFILING – $950  Identifying all of the major buyer types that are unique to your practice and profiling each one allows sales personnel as well as all promotion and articles to communicate much more directly and effectively to your clientele. This involves detailed analysis of your geographic area and includes demographic information and lists that are then used to guide your mailings and advertising.

PROSPECT QUALIFICATION LEAD GENERATION – $7500 for 3 call attempts to a list of 500 higher income earning households within a 10 or 20 mile radius around your practice. A warm, intelligent phone call to a base of potential prospects, with a set of customized questions and descriptions of your practice and services can result in hundreds of leads of those who are interested in your services and which come complete with plentiful information about themselves and their needs. Prospect qualification by phone is a truly proactive approach to contacting potential patients and locating those who are interested in your services. With plenty of information on each lead, these can be easily followed up on by your scheduling personnel to get an appointment scheduled and get new patients in for your services.

SALES PERSONNEL TRAINING – $2500. This is an intensive training program that can be done in 5-6 days. It begins with the course entitled Improving Business through Communication as communication skills are the first key to successful sales and scheduling abilities. Followed by the very successful Sales Course where they will study and learn how to effectively sell your services rather than allow a client to leave your office with the problem he came in with.
